▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Film composition comprises 60-70 wt.% resin base material, 2 5 wt.% radiating agent, 2-3 wt.% antistatic agent, 10-20 wt.% plasticizer, and 1-2 wt.% toner. The radiating agent and resin base material. The radiating agent comprises graphene oxide and white graphene with the particle size of 5-10 microm. The resin base material comprises polyethylene, polypropylene, poly 1- butylenes and/or poly 4-methyl-1-pentene. USE - The film composition is useful for enhancing power generation efficiency of solar panel. ADVANTAGE - The film can be coated on the surface of the upper glass surface of the solar battery sheet by eva hot melt adhesive, effectively prevent the corrosion of the battery sheet in bad weather, adjusts the solar illumination intensity and increases the transmission rate of the light, so as to enhance the solar power generation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a film composition for enhancing power generation efficiency of solar panel; (2) a method for preparing the film composition, comprising (i) adding the resin base material into the stirring reaction kettle, heating to 120-200degrees Celsius and stirring for 1-2 hours; (ii) adding the antistatic agent into the reaction kettle according to the mass ratio of 1:3-1:15 and continuously stirring for 1-2 hours; (iii) adding toner and cooling to 85-150degrees Celsius; (iv) adding the radiating agent, at 80-120degrees Celsius and stirring at uniform speed; and (v) reducing the reaction temperature to 60-75degrees Celsius after 0.5-1 hours, drawing and forming and cutting into resin particles; and (3) a method for preparing the film, comprising preparing the resin particles, mixing and melting with resin base material according to the proportion of 0.5-1:1-1.5, extruding and casting to form film to obtain the functional film; and (ii) paving the obtained functional film on the glass surface of the solar battery sheet, heating and adhering together at the temperature of 50-90degrees Celsius to obtain the solar panel with enhanced power generation efficiency film.
