▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nonenzymatic glucose sensor fabrication involves providing a bottom substrate, preparing a graphene layer on the bottom substrate, depositing multiple amount of zinc oxide seed crystals on the graphene layer, growing the zinc oxide seed crystals into columnar nanorods with hydrothermal method, depositing thin film of cuprous oxide on surface of the zinc oxide nanorods via electrochemistry-based electrodeposition method, and then grafting single-walled carbon nanotubes on surface of the cuprous oxide thin-film by using Nafion (RTM: sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) fixative composited with the single-walled carbon nanotubes. USE - Method for fabricating nonenzymatic glucose sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method fabricates the nonenzymatic glucose sensor in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with increased sensor's capability of trapping glucose, greatly enhanced sensitivity for its detection by the sensor, rapid response for glucose detection, and easy for preservation and for long term storage.
