▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The terahertz polarization converter has two layers of medium layer and two layers of graphene pattern layer structure. Each layer of medium layer is provided with a layer of graphene pattern layer (2). The medium layer is located at the bottom for forming a composite layer. The multi-layer composite layer is overlapped up and down in parallel. The dielectric layer is made of silicon dioxide with dielectric constant. The graphene pattern layer is formed by arranging the periodical array of rectangular structure. USE - Terahertz polarization converter using graphene plasma resonance. ADVANTAGE - The converter realizes conversion of linear polarized light to circular polarized light and elliptical polarized light, and is simple in structure and easy to process.
