▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The terahertz polarization converter has two layers of medium layer and two layers of graphene pattern layer structure. ADVANTAGE - The converter realizes conversion of linear polarized light to circular polarized light and elliptical polarized light, and is simple in structure and easy to process.
