NOVELTY - A wave-absorbing material film is prepared by dissolving graphene oxide and carbon nanotube solution in organic solvent, ultrasonic dispersing, adding Schiff base, reacting for 2-4 hours, and obtaining Schiff base compound; and adding Schiff base compound, ferric chloride amine and carbon nanotube in organic solvent, reacting for 4-10 hours, removing organic solvent, and drying product to obtain Schiff base iron compound. USE - Method for preparing wave-absorbing material film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces film having light quality, thin thickness, and good physical machinery performance. It has low cost and simple preparation steps. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing wave-absorbing material film comprises: (A) dissolving aromatic diamine and solution of aromatic single aldehyde or dialdehyde in organic solvent, magnetic force stirring while heating to 40-150 degrees C, reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain Schiff base, dissolving graphene oxide and carbon nanotube solution in organic solvent, ultrasonic dispersing, adding Schiff base, reacting for 2-4 hours, and obtaining Schiff base compound; (B) adding Schiff base compound, ferric chloride amine and carbon nanotube in organic solvent, reacting for 4-10 hours, removing organic solvent, and drying product for 10-12 hours in vacuum drying tank to obtain Schiff base iron compound; (C) taking the Schiff base iron compound in ball mill, milling at 30-180 revolutions/minute; dissolving Schiff base iron compound, carbon nanotube and dispersant in organic solvent, and ultrasonic dispersing for 0.5-4 hours to obtain Schiff base iron compound solution; and (D) adding polyethylene alcohol in deionized water, heating at 80-160 degrees C, adding Schiff base iron compound solution, stirring for 24 hours, ultrasonic treating for 2-18 hours, casting with wave-absorbing material film liquid, and drying by airing for 12-24 hours. The organic solvent is methanol, glacial acetic acid, anhydrous alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene, dichloromethane, petroleum ether, dimethyl sulfoxide, n-hexane or tetrahydrofuran. The dispersant is hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, styrene-butadiene, acrylonitrile, dodecyl sodium sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sodium sulfonate, oleic acid, glycerol, polyethylene glycol, terminal hydroxyl polydimethyl siloxane or trimethylol propane.
