NOVELTY - Temperature resistant metal substrate paint comprises e.g. graphene modified phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, vinyl resin, butyl acrylate, N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, modified zinc phosphate, film-forming auxiliary agent, composite filler, thickening agent, substrate adhesion promoter, anti-flash rust auxiliary agent, stabilizer and solvent, where e.g. composite filler is obtained by mixing sericite powder, silica fume powder and aluminum tripolyphosphate; preparation method of graphene modified phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin comprises adding phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin into dimethylformamide, stirring, then adding graphene, then adding 4-6 times methanol, filtering resulting precipitate and drying to obtain product; and preparing modified zinc phosphate comprises adding zinc phosphate into water, then adding sodium hexametaphosphate, urea phosphate and zinc borate, then placing in calciner at 530-560 degrees C and sintering for 1-2 hours to obtain product. USE - Used as temperature resistant metal substrate paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has strong adhesive property, excellent weldability, weather resistance and construction performance; improves water resistance, corrosion resistance and surface hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Temperature resistant metal substrate paint comprises 22-26 pts. wt. graphene modified phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, 6-10 pts. wt. vinyl resin, 4-8 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 2-4 pts. wt. modified zinc phosphate, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 3-5 pts. wt. composite filler, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. substrate adhesion promoter, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. anti-flash rust auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. stabilizer and 6-12 pts. wt. solvent, where composite filler is obtained by mixing sericite powder, silica fume powder and aluminum tripolyphosphate in a weight ratio of 6:3:1; preparation method of graphene modified phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin comprises adding phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin into dimethylformamide equivalent to 8-12 times its weight, stirring at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then adding 6-10 wt.% graphene, mixing for 30-40 minutes, then adding 4-6 times methanol, allowing to stand for 3-5 hours under normal temperature condition, filtering resulting precipitate and drying to obtain product; and preparing modified zinc phosphate comprises adding 2-3 pts. wt. zinc phosphate into water equivalent to 4-6 times its weight, then adding 0.28-0.42 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.12-0.18 pts. wt. urea phosphate and 0.06-0.08 pts. wt. zinc borate, stirring at 135-145 degrees C under pressure of 0.45-0.65 MPa for 2-3 hours, filtering, drying, then placing in calciner at 530-560 degrees C and sintering for 1-2 hours to obtain product.
