▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nitrogen-doped porous vertical graphene nano-wall arrays is based on carbon cloth and graphene nanowall array which is kept in vertical state with carbon cloth. The number of nitrogen atom atoms in graphene nanowall array atoms (excluding number of atoms of carbon cloth as a base material) is 3-5 wt.%. The graphene nanowall array has a three-dimensional conductive network structure with height of 3-6 microns and thickness of 2.5-3.5 nanometer and diameter of holes is 1-10 nanometer. USE - Nitrogen-doped porous vertical graphene nano-wall arrays in super capacitor, lithium ion battery, water decomposing enzyme biosensor or electrochemical catalytic (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nitrogen-doped porous vertical graphene nano-wall array, which involves: (A) placing carbon cloth in a mixed solution of ethanol and hydrogen peroxide and heating to obtain carbon cloth after activation; (B) disposing mixed solution of nickel chloride hexahydrate and hexamethylene tetramine as nickel hydroxide precursor growth solution; (C) subjecting activated carbon and heating carbon cloth to grow nickel hydroxide in nickel hydroxide precursor growth solution to obtain nickel hydroxide/carbon cloth composite; (D) arranging nickel hydroxide in dopamine hydrochloride-tris mixed solution and stirred to obtain polydopamine/nickel hydroxide/carbon cloth composite; (E) treating polydopamine/nickel hydroxide/carbon cloth in argon atmosphere to obtain nitrogen-doped porous graphene/nickel-based compound/carbon cloth composite; (F) placing porous nitrogen-doped graphene/nickel compound material in an acidic solution to remove remaining nickel-based compound; and (G) washing with water residual ions and drying to obtain nitrogen-doped porous vertical wall graphene nano array.
