▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of composite electrochemical sensor involves adding graphene and nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt with distilled water in vessel, dispersing and standing; mixing with gold nanoparticles, adjusting pH using chloroauric acid, ultrasonic treating with ascorbic acid and sodium borohydride, hydrothermally reacting, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying; and dissolving in chitosan or Nafion solution, ultrasonic dispersing, adding to glassy carbon electrode surface, and naturally drying. USE - Method for preparing composite electrochemical sensor used for detection of N-palmitoyl ethanolamine graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor has simple preparation, low cost, fast detection, and sensitive function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of composite electrochemical sensor comprises: (A) adding 1 pt. wt. graphene and 0.5-5 pts. wt. nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt with 10 mL distilled water in vessel, dispersing at room temperature for 2-12 hours, allowing to stand overnight to nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt functionalized graphene stable suspension; (B) preparation of nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt functionalized gold composite carrier by: (A) mixing gold nanoparticles and nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt functionalized graphene stable suspension at mass ratio of 1:2-6, adjusting pH to 10 using chloroauric acid, ultrasonic treating with ascorbic acid, adding dropwise sodium borohydride, hydrothermally reacting at 100-280 degrees C for 3-30 hours, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying; or (B) mixing gold nanoparticles and nickel phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid tetrasodium salt functionalized graphene stable suspension at mass ratio of 1:2-6, adjusting pH to 10 using chloroauric acid, adding sodium borohydride or ascorbic acid, ultrasonic treating for 1-10 hours at room temperature, centrifuging, washing and vacuum drying; and (C) dissolving in chitosan or Nafion solution, ultrasonic dispersing for 5-30 minutes, adding dropwise 5-10 mu l to glassy carbon electrode surface, and naturally drying.
