NOVELTY - The system has an atmospheric pollutant monitoring apparatus and a weather monitoring instrument connected with a base station. The base station is provided with a computer, a data pre-processor and a UPS power supply. The computer is connected with the data processor. The atmospheric pollutant monitoring apparatus is provided with a microprocessor. A power supply module is connected with a communication module. The weather monitoring apparatus is connected to a functional sensor set and a data collector. A finger electrode is provided with a sensitive film, where the sensitive film is composed with zinc oxide nanometer slice and mixture of colloidal gold and tin oxide composite materials.
