NOVELTY - The structure has a shaft whose two ends are provided with a mounting head. The shaft and a shaft liner are integrally connected with each other. The former end of the shaft is provided with a convex baffle ring. The shaft liner is aligned with the baffle ring on the shaft. The latter end of the shaft is processed with a section of an outer screw thread. An end surface is provided with a sealing ring. A fixing nut is screwed into the outer screw thread. The end surface is sealed by the sealing ring. A side surface of the shaft liner is uniformly formed with a round hole that is fixed with a lubricating block. The shaft liner is attached with the lubricating block that is provided with a self-lubricating effect between the shaft and a roller. USE - Integrated self-lubricating carrier roller structure for a medium plate roller-type cooling bed. ADVANTAGE - The structure utilizes integrated self-lubricating structure design to maintain compact rolling friction mode, and adopts metal surface construction process by an abrasion surface to melt and cover metal ceramic for strengthening treatment and multi-stage sealing, thus preventing dust from entering the structure and prolonging service life of a device.
