NOVELTY - Preparing composite cathode material comprises (i) dissolving first etching agent in acidic solution, adding titanium aluminum carbide, stirring and mixing, centrifuging and washing, dissolving, and secondary centrifuging to obtain two-dimensional layer-shaped object supernatant; (ii) mixing graphene oxide and two-dimensional layer-shaped object supernatant, adding reducing agent, ultrasonically processing, sealing, heating to obtain composite hydrogel, soaking and washing the composite hydrogel, heating and drying, and freeze-drying to obtain composite aerogel; and (iii) sintering silicon oxide at high temperature, using a second etching agent to etch silicon oxide and carbon source, mixing and stirring the composite gas gel, vacuum baking, heating and reacting under the inert gas environment to obtain the composite cathode material. USE - The methods is useful for preparing composite cathode material, which is used in lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite cathode material is capable of preparing the enough mechanical strength to relieve the expansion of the silicone, with good ion transmission capability and electronic network, high coulomb efficiency, good circulation and high safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) composite cathode material prepared by the above-preparation method; (2) cathode sheet, comprising a current collector and a cathode material set on at least one side of the current collector, where the cathode material is the composite cathode material; and (3) lithium ion battery, comprising the cathode sheet.
