▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A multilayered graphene is prepared by adding multi-walled carbon nanotube, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate, uniformly mixing, stirring in constant-temperature water bath with average speed, filtering under vacuum, washing obtained product using deionized water containing hydrogen peroxide until washing solution becomes neutral, and drying at 60-80 degrees C under vacuum, to obtain multilayered graphene. USE - Multilayered graphene is used for preparation of multilayered graphene-modified electrode for electrochemical biological detection (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multilayered graphene-modified electrode prepared using the multilayered graphene has high specific surface area, electron transfer speed and high-sensitivity detection characteristics with respect to dopamine, tea polyphenol, threonine and tyrosine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) multilayered graphene-modified electrode, which contains multilayered graphene; (2) preparation of multilayered graphene-modified electrode, which involves adding multilayered graphene into dispersion liquid, ultrasonically dispersing, coating obtained dispersion containing multilayered graphene on surface of electrode and drying, to obtain graphene-modified electrode; and (3) usage method of multilayered graphene-modified electrode for electrochemical biological detection, which involves performing electrochemical detection of biochemical reagent dissolved in solution using multilayered graphene-modified electrode as working electrode of electrochemical device.
