NOVELTY - Graphene thermal conductive-anti-corrosive water-based paint comprises first component and second component in weight ratio of 100:58-65. The first component includes 30 wt.% water-soluble amine, 1-3 wt.% auxiliary agent, 30-40 wt.% graphene dispersion and remaining amount of filler. The auxiliary agent is ammonium salt dispersant, polysiloxane defoamer, acrylic wetting agent and/or polyurethane thickener. The graphene dispersion includes graphene oxide, amino acid modified graphene and/or silane-modified graphene. The concentration of graphene dispersion is 1-5 mg/ml. USE - The water-based paint is useful for coating substrate surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water-based paint is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene thermal conductive-anti-corrosive water-based paint comprises first component and second component in weight ratio of 100:58-65. The first component includes 30 wt.% water-soluble amine, 1-3 wt.% auxiliary agent, 30-40 wt.% graphene dispersion and remaining amount of filler. The auxiliary agent is ammonium salt dispersant, polysiloxane defoamer, acrylic wetting agent and/or polyurethane thickener. The graphene dispersion includes graphene oxide, amino acid modified graphene and/or silane-modified graphene. The concentration of graphene dispersion is 1-5 mg/ml. The graphene oxide, amino acid modified graphene and/or silane-modified graphene have less than 10 layered structures. The water is deionized water. The filler includes mixture of sericite, talc, boron nitride and basic zinc phosphate in weight ratio of 3-5:2:1:1. The second component includes bisphenol-A epoxy resin emulsion. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing graphene thermal conductive-anti-corrosive water-based paint, comprising (i) mixing predetermined amount of graphene oxide, amino acid modified graphene or silane-modified graphene with deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing the mixture at 100-150 W power for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion, mixing predetermined amount of water-soluble amine, auxiliary agent, graphene dispersions and filler, manually stirring the mixture for 1 minute, introducing the mixture into a sand mill, pulverizing until fineness of less than 40 mu m, and discharging to obtain component-I, and (ii) scaling the component-I and component-II, mixing, manually stirring for at least 1 minute to obtain water-based paint, where the water-based paint should be used within 6 hours; and (2) using graphene thermal conductive-anti-corrosive water-based paint, comprising (a) pre-treating substrate by roughly grinding a coated substrate surface with sandpaper, cleaning the substrate with gasoline or acetone, and drying, (b) brushing the substrate surface using a spraying gun to spray paint, and coating in thickness of 0.06-3 mm, and (c) curing the coated substrate at room temperature for 5-7 days.
