NOVELTY - A structural material (1) of capsule for enclosure of wet sample comprises graphene film which is formed of graphene laminated on single layer on surface of substrate (10a), and recessed part which removes substrate (11) partially from back surface and is formed so that a part of back surface side of graphene film might be exposed. USE - A structural material for capsule used for enclosure of wet sample (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Wet sample can be enclosed reliably and at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) capsule for enclosure of wet sample comprising 2 structural materials (1) in which flow-path structure part coincides and graphene film integrates both structural materials in mutually-opposing state; and (2) manufacture of structural material which involves flow-path composing process which etches surface of substrate (10a) partially and forms two flow-path structure parts, continuous part formation process which makes low the surface of the area which a part of two flow-path structure parts follow and forms a continuous part, catalyst lamination process which laminates metal catalyst film (14) on surface of substrate (11), graphene growth process which carries out growth formation of graphene at single layer and laminates graphene film on surface of metal catalyst film and graphene film back surface exposure process which etches part of back surface side of substrate in order to expose back surface of graphene film.
