NOVELTY - A high tensile strength textile feather composite fiber comprises 70-100 pts. wt. poultry feathers, 13-15 pts. wt. goose down, 30-50 pts. wt. ramie fiber, 7-10 pts. wt. gamma -mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, 5-7 pts. wt. urea, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. potassium sulfite, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. betaine, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. nano aluminum oxide and balance amount of water. USE - High tensile strength textile feather composite fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The textile feather composite fiber has excellent tensile strength, wear resistance, and quality.
