NOVELTY - Preparing Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) corrugated pipe internal crimping joint comprises (a) using 304 stainless steel processing to make withholding joints, where multiple notches are provided on surface of the crimping joint, (b) degreasing surface of the crimping joint in an alkaline degreasing agent, cleaning, drying and sandblasting and (c) coating surface of the crimping joint with a corrosion-resistant modified polyperfluoroethylene propylene coating to obtain the inner crimping joint of the Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) corrugated pipe. USE - The method is useful for preparing Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) corrugated pipe internal crimping joint. ADVANTAGE - The Teflon (RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) corrugated pipe internal crimping joint has corrosion resistance and sealing performance.
