NOVELTY - Preparation of catalyst carrier, involves step (S1) refining the dried vinasse and surfactant to obtain ultra-fine biochar, Step (S2) adding water, sodium metasilicate nonahydrate and alkali to the ultrafine biochar, and mixing to obtain a modified ultrafine biochar slurry. USE - Preparation of catalyst carrier for manufacturing platinum catalyst for synthesizing fluorosilane release agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of catalyst carrier with high catalytic activity of the platinum catalyst, high conversion rate of the fluorosilane component, and high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of a platinum catalyst for synthesizing fluorosilane, which involves (S1) adding complexing agent, 1.5-3.5 wt.% chloroplatinic acid, and dispersing agent to the 30-90 wt.% modified ultrafine biochar slurry in sequence and mixing uniformly to obtain carrier platinum solution, (S2) adding a reducing agent to the carrier platinum solution and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture, and (S3) adding the mixture to a microwave reactor for microwave reaction.
