NOVELTY - Use of graphene-phenolic resin glue in bamboo-containing plate, is claimed. The graphene-phenolic resin glue comprises 65-75 pts. wt. phenolic resin glue, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 4-5 pts. wt. perchloroethylene resin, 2-4 pts. wt. cosolvent, 2-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1 pt. wt. toughening agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. wetting agent, and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. accelerator. The solid content of the phenolic resin glue is 100%. USE - Use of graphene-phenolic resin glue in preparation of bamboo-containing plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-phenolic resin glue can effectively block the pore structure in the bamboo material, and seal the surface and surroundings of the bamboo material, thus improving mildew resistance and insect resistance of the bamboo-containing plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the bamboo-containing plate, which involves drying and aging bamboo curtains, soaking in the graphene-phenolic resin glue, and dipping to obtain glue-dipped bamboo curtains, drying, aging and curing the obtained bamboo curtains, then assembling to obtain a bamboo-containing plate blank, and stacking a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant glue coated substrate on the surface of the bamboo-containing plate blank, hot pressing, aging and curing. The substrate is a bamboo mat or a wood veneer. The glue includes a friction agent and the graphene-phenolic resin glue in a mass ratio of (0.02-0.1):1.
