NOVELTY - Preparing high-capacity and fast-charging graphite cathode materials, comprises (i) crushing and shaping the raw materials to D50 of 5-10 mu m, (ii) mixing crushed raw materials and the binder uniformly in a mass ratio of 100:5-50, (iii) granulating in a heated reactor under the protection of an inert atmosphere and cooling to room temperature to obtain material having D50 of 10-18 mu m, (iv) graphitizing granulated material under the protection of an inert atmosphere at a high temperature and cooling to room temperature, (v) classifying graphitized material to obtain sample having particle size of 12-20 mu m, (vi) mixing classified sample and coating agent uniformly in a mass ratio of 100:5-30, carbonizing under the protection of inert atmosphere and cooling to room temperature, and (vii) mixing sample obtained by carbonization and sieving to obtain high-capacity graphite anode material having D50 diameter of 12-20 mu m and fast charging. USE - The high-capacity and fast-charging graphite cathode material is useful in the fields of power batteries and high-end digital lithium-ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The graphite cathode material has high capacity and excellent fast charging performance, and solves the problem that the existing art cannot balance capacity and fast charging performance.
