NOVELTY - Preparing anti-static and non-flammable floor composite material, comprises (i) crushing iron oxide scale peeled off from industrial steel rolling, (ii) premixing the iron oxide particles and powder obtained in step (i) with graphene, placing in a rotary mixer, and mixing to obtain mixed powder, (iii) placing the obtained mixed powder in a tunnel kiln, introducing hydrogen gas, deoxidizing, reducing and calcining at a set temperature for a set time, and (iv) naturally cooling the reaction product of the step (iii) to obtain graphene-porous honeycomb iron composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-static non-flammable floor composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has unique pore structure, high specific surface area, and excellent conductivity; has sparking under hard object impact and friction; and does not generate static electricity.
