NOVELTY - Anti-static carbon paint comprises 20-35 pts. wt. maleic anhydride polyethylene glycol ester, 30-65 pts. wt. castor oil alkyd resin, 10-25 pts. wt. octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 10-30 pts. wt. melamine formaldehyde resin, 15-40 pts. wt. epoxy acrylic resin, 20-50 pts. wt. trihydroxyethyl methyl quaternary ammonium methyl sulfate, 1-10 pts. wt. butanol, 0.5-5 pts. wt. organo silicone oill, 50-80 pts. wt. solvent, 1-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. single-layer graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. brightener and 10-15 pts. wt. benzoin. USE - Used as anti-static carbon paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent fragrance; improves the use effect; and prevents the occurrence of the existing carbon-based coating smell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-static carbon paint comprising (i) cleaning and disinfecting containers and tools to be used and drying the containers and the tools by using a fan after disinfection, (ii) taking maleic anhydride polyethylene glycol ester, castor oil alkyd resin, octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, melamine formaldehyde resin, epoxy acrylic resin, trihydroxyethyl methyl quaternary ammonium methyl sulfate, butanol, organo silicone oil, single-layer graphene, a brightener and benzoin and sequentially adding the materials into a container, (iii) sequentially adding the solvent and coupling agent into a solvent containing maleic anhydride polyethylene glycol, castor oil alkyd resin, octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, melamine formaldehyde resin, epoxy acrylic resin, trihydroxyethyl methyl quaternary ammonium methyl sulfate, butanol, organo silicone oil, single-layer graphene, a brightener and benzoin, and (iv) pouring the raw materials in the container into a stirrer for stirring, and (v) packaging and storing the uniformly mixed raw materials.
