▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal-based graphene composite radiating material comprises graphene foil layer and a metal foil layer, where the graphene foil layer and the metal foil layer are adhered to each other. The graphene foil layer is a single-layer and in-plane continuous polycrystalline or single crystal structure. The transverse cross-sectional dimensions of the graphene foil layer and the metal foil layer are the same. The metal foil layer material is copper, aluminum or silver, and the thickness is 10-50 mum. USE - Metal-based graphene composite radiating material. ADVANTAGE - By adding a layer of the same length and width of the graphene layer on the metal to obtain a metal-based graphene composite radiating material, so that the radiating performance is improved compared with the raw metal material, the material can be used for large power device radiating, greatly improving the heat management efficiency. The method of uniformly coating silver silicone grease layer on metal surface overcomes the problem that the infrared thermal imaging can not directly measure the temperature of the metal surface using the test technology, which can more conveniently and quickly characterisie the radiation performance of the material, and greatly reduces the cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a preparation method of metal-based graphene composite radiating material; (2) a test method of metal-based graphene composite radiating material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a whole structure schematic diagram of the metal-based graphene composite radiating material. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
