▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The conductive substrate has transparent substrate (1) that is provided from bottom to top of the conductive layer (2). The conductive layer is composed of a single-layer graphene thin film. A silver wire is provided on the graphene film. The silver wire is provided with a regular pattern. The transparent substrate is made of glass, polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene naphthalate. The conductive substrate has metal foil that consists of copper foil, iron foil or nickel foil. USE - Conductive substrate for optoelectronic component. ADVANTAGE - The visible light transmittance of the conductive film can be improved. The complexity of the manufacturing process of conductive substrate can be reduced such that the cost of the optoelectronic component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing method of conductive substrate for optoelectronic component.
