NOVELTY - Paint comprises 39-45 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 35-40 pts. wt. modified silicone resin, 30-35 pts. wt. tourmaline-graphene composite powder, 14-16 pts. wt. filler, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy soybean oil, 2-5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 24-26 pts. wt. water, where the tourmaline-graphene composite powder composed of silica sol, graphene, tourmaline, nano titanium dioxide, coupling agent, sodium alginate, polyvinylpyrrolidone and nano aluminum powder. USE - The paint is useful for oil heater radiating fin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of paint, comprising (a) adding acrylic resin, modified silicone resin, flatting agent and antifoaming agent into water, heating at 120-130 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, then dissolving uniformly under stirring condition to obtain a liquid material D, and (b) adding tourmaline-graphene composite powder, filler and epoxy soybean oil into the liquid material D, and dispersing uniformly to obtain final product.
