NOVELTY - A nano-intercalation layer of sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite ion selective membrane preparing method involves dissolving dry polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) powder in sulfuric acid, and stirring, washing the solution with deionized water, and drying to obtain a dried sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), dissolving the sulfonated film in organic solvent to prepare a sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) solution, adding graphene oxide and titanium dioxide to the sulfonated solution and ultrasonically formulating into a sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide solution, adding the solution to the glass plate, heating and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing nano-intercalation layer of sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite ion selective membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing nano-intercalation layer of sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite ion selective membrane with better ion selective conductivity, mechanical performance and chemical stability, excellent vanadium ion barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano-intercalation layer of sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite ion selective membrane preparing method involves dissolving 1 pts. wt. dry polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) powder in 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid under the mass to volume ratio is 1/50-1/10 g/mL, and stirring at a constant temperature of 25-80 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, after the completion of the reaction, washing the solution with deionized water to neutrality, and drying at 25-100 degrees C for 20-30 hours to obtain a dried sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), dissolving the sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) film in a high boiling organic solvent to prepare a sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) solution having a mass to volume ratio of 1/50-1/10 g/mL, adding graphene oxide to the sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic) solution, stirring and ultrasonically formulating into a sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide solution having a mass fraction of 1-15%, adding titanium dioxide to the sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide solution, stirring and ultrasonically formulating into a sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide solution having a mass fraction of 1-15%, adding sulfonated polyetheretherketone (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic)/graphene oxide/titanium dioxide solution to the grooved glass plate, and forming into a film by utilizing a solution casting method, heating the mixture and drying to obtain the finished product.
