NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene glass involves forming an intermediate layer with thickness of 30-150 nm on the surface of a glass substrate by coating ethyl orthosilicate and/or methyl orthosilicate as precursor using roller coater, coating a graphene dispersion liquid on the intermediate film using liquid phase roll coating machine to form a graphene transparent conductive film, and thermally treating the substrate at 100-600 degrees C for more than 2 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene glass with high electroconductivity and transmittance. The film layer formed improves the bonding force between graphene and glass substrate. The method is simple, easy to operate, convenient for industrial mass production, and is carried out using inexpensive raw material and device. The intermediate film effectively prevents the diffusion of alkali metal ions into the glass substrate.
