NOVELTY - The device has a source electrode and a drain electrode, which are connected with two side channels, respectively. A substrate layer is connected with the source electrode. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected with a carbon nano tube-graphene composite thin film. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected with a continuous integrated film. A base layer is formed as a supporting layer and located below the graphene composite thin film. USE - Full-carbon graphene device. ADVANTAGE - The device has simple process and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a full-carbon graphene device preparation method.
