NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene vulcanized rubber includes mixing graphene and dimethyl silicone oil, adding in high-speed ball mill, ball milling, sieving, dissolving graphene powder in sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene-based emulsion, adding polyethylene, glass fiber, and tartaric acid in high temperature calcining furnace, adding talc powder and diphenyl methane isocyanate, fully stirring, pressurizing, filling argon gas, high temperature calcining, adding the mixed solution into flat vulcanizing machine and vulcanizing. USE - Preparation of graphene vulcanized rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene vulcanized rubber having aging resistance, weather resistance and high toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene vulcanized rubber comprises mixing 27-33 pts. wt. graphene and 2 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, adding in high-speed ball mill at ball material ratio of 2:111, ball milling at 2000 rpm for 4-5 hours, sieving, dissolving graphene powder in 10% sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene-based emulsion, adding 20-25 pts. wt. polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. glass fiber, and 7-10 pts. wt. tartaric acid in high temperature calcining furnace, adding 5-8 pts. wt. talc powder and 1-3 pts. wt. diphenyl methane isocyanate, fully stirring, pressurizing, filling argon gas, high temperature calcining for 60-90 minutes at 760-800 degrees C and 5-8 MPa, adding the mixed solution into flat vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing, adding sulfur powder and vulcanizing agent, vulcanizing at 135-150 degrees C and 12-14 MPa for 95-98 seconds, obtaining vulcanized solution, adding into double-screw extruder, extruding, adding the graphene-based emulsion in injection pressure sprayer, spraying the vulcanized material with graphene-based emulsion, and curing to obtain the product.
