NOVELTY - Fluorine-containing ferrophosphorus coating, prepared by mixing hydrophilic polyurethane resin, char-forming agent, fluorophosphorus, alkyl alcohol amide polyvinyl ether, and carboxymethyl cellulose. USE - The coating is used for coating surface of steel structure used in building industry, roofing, wall, roofing material, and flooring. ADVANTAGE - The fluorine-containing phosphorus iron paint has excellent corrosion resistance and fire-proof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a fluorine-containing ferrophosphorus coating, comprising (i) mixing aminated graphene, epoxy resin E44, and acetone at a mass ratio of 0.1:1:0.3-0.2:1:0.5, and reacting at 300-500 W, ultrasonicating at 25-30 kHz for 2-4 hours at 1500 revolutions per minute, washing with absolute ethanol and acetone for 3-5 times, filtering with suction, and drying for 24 hours at a vacuum degree of 0.085 MPa and 80°C to obtain a modified epoxy resin; (ii) mixing prepolymer A and prepolymer B at a mass ratio of 1:0.9-1:1.1, heating to 70-90°C, and adding deionized water 30-50 times the mass of prepolymer A, high-speed shear dispersing at 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain hydrophilic polyurethane resin; (ii) mixing tetrachloropyrimido5,4-Dpyrimidine, pentaerythritol phosphate, acetonitrile, and triethylamine at a mass ratio of 1:1:0.9:200 to 2:3:1.1:200, under nitrogen atmosphere, reacting at 10-20°C for 2-3 hours, adding piperazine-1 formamidine with 0.5-1.5 times the mass of pentaerythritol phosphate, reacting at 400-600 revolutions per minute, 40-50°C for 3-5 hours, adding piperazine-1-formamidine 0.5-1.5 times the mass of pentaerythritol phosphate, reacting at 80-90°C for 5-7 hours, taking the precipitate, washing with deionized water for 3-5 times, and vacuuming at 0,085 MPa, drying at 80°C for 24 hours to prepare charcoal agent; and (iv) mixing hydrophilic polyurethane resin, carbon forming agent, ferric fluorophosphorus, alkyl alcohol amide polyvinyl ether, and carboxymethyl cellulose in a mass ratio of 20:3:0.5:0.5:0.3-20:5:1:0.7:0.5, high-speed shear dispersion at 1000-1500 revolutions per minute for 0.5-1.5 hours, then distilling at 0.09 MPa, at 45-55℃ for 2-3 hours at vacuum degree.
