▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reducing dust in outdoor floor renovation comprises (i) adding diatom mud to trigger solution, reacting for 20-30 minutes at speed of 210-260 revolutions/minute for 25-35 minutes, taking out and sending it to calciner, calcining at 500-1000 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, freezing and heat treating for 2-3 times, (ii) providing 20-30 pts. wt. modified diatom mud, 15-25 pts. wt. nano silica, 10-20 pts. wt. squalene, 2-6 pts. wt. calcined kaolin powder and 55-65 pts. wt. deionized water, (iii) adding modified diatom mud, nano silica, graphene, calcined kaolin powder and deionized water to stirrer, stirring at speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 35-45 minutes and at a low speed of 200-500 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes and allowing to stand for 1-2 hours to obtain dust-reducing liquid and (iv) treating dust generated by cement and sandstone by the dust-reducing liquid, sending into dust collector, and the spray nozzle of the dust collector faces the dust, so that the dust can be reduced. USE - The method is useful for reducing dust in outdoor floor renovation. ADVANTAGE - The method: has a high specific surface area and porosity.
