An end of the metal wire is connected with the graphene thin film. The metal wire is connected with the moving device that is connected with a coupling point, where light transmittance range of the protective layer is greater than 80%. USE - Personalized mobile phone back board. ADVANTAGE - The board can enhance communication function, heat abstractor function and endurance function of a mobile device.
