▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flexible graphite fiber comprises obtaining flexible graphene fiber by twisting oxidized graphene fibers into a flexible oxidized graphene fiber and further reducing by reduction, and forming graphene olefins by overlapping corrugated graphene sheets not less than 60%. USE - The flexible graphite fiber is useful in clothing industry (electric heating clothes) and light wire. ADVANTAGE - The flexible graphite fiber has good mechanical strength, excellent flexibility, good conductivity, heat conducting performance, elongation break is 10-100%, intensity is 30-150 MPa, conductivity is 2x 104-5x 105 S/m and thermal conductivity is 200-1000 W/(MK). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphite fiber, comprising (i) dissolving graphene oxide in polar solvent to obtain graphene oxide liquid crystal solution where concentration is 1-30 mg/ml; (ii) extruding oxidized graphite alkene liquid crystal solution through rectangular spinning die head, adding polar solvent coagulation bath to form a self-supporting oxide graphene aerogel; (iii) collecting, drying by drying roller shaft, obtaining continuous multiple corrugation oxidized graphene; and (iv) oxidizing continuous graphene and twisting by twisting device and reducing.
