NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises dispersing graphite in intercalation agent organic solvent, pre-sonicating, transferring into heated autoclave, heating to obtain graphite intercalation compound, cooling, and stripping to obtain graphene crude product; and dispersing into intercalation agent organic solvent, sonicating, and centrifuging. USE - Method for preparation of graphene (claimed) used for integrated circuits, thermally conductive material, photosensitive element, energy storage materials and catalysts. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, utilizes high pressure hydrothermal method which greatly promotes formation of intercalation compounds and improves stripping efficiency, and has high yield, low cost, and less pollution.
