NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene mobile phone antenna involves printing large scale graphene oxide in order by electric field control into film, controlling thickness to 5-100 mu m to obtain ordered large scale graphene oxide film, placing obtained graphene oxide film in graphite high-temperature furnace, heating (A) at 200-600 degrees C for 30-180 minutes, heating (B) at 2000-3000 degrees C for 60-180 minutes, hot press forming at 50-200 degrees C to obtain flexible ultra-high conductivity large scale graphene film, designing mobile phone antenna using obtained flexible ultra-high conductivity large scale graphene film and completing by laser engraving. USE - Preparation of graphene mobile phone antenna. ADVANTAGE - The prepared antenna has high in-plane orientation structure, larger size, fewer internal contact points and contact resistance, excellent electrical conductivity and low planar impedance, and conductivity up to 5x 106 S/m, and is lightweight, has high thermal conductivity, is economical, easy processing and environmentally-friendly (due to the maintenance of original communication function).
