NOVELTY - Insulation coating comprises 50-55 pts. wt. acrylic acid polymer emulsion, 22-26 pts. wt. butyronitrile rubber 2707, 18-21 pts. wt. phenolic aldehyde resin, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 23-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-13 pts. wt. talcum powder, 8-11 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 3-6 pts. wt. hollow micro-beads, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. coalescent, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. wetting agent and 1.6-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent. USE - Insulation coating. ADVANTAGE - The insulation coating has waterproof, anti-acid and impact resistance properties, high adhesive force and good shock resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Insulation coating comprises 50-55 pts. wt. acrylic acid polymer emulsion, 22-26 pts. wt. butyronitrile rubber 2707, 18-21 pts. wt. phenolic aldehyde resin, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 23-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-13 pts. wt. talcum powder, 8-11 pts. wt. calcined kaolin, 3-6 pts. wt. hollow micro-beads, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. coalescent, 2.2-2.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1.8-2.1 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1.6-2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. preservative, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. fungicide and 58-62 pts. wt. solvent, where the modified graphene is prepared by adding 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. 1.2-1.5 millimoles per liter sodium nitrite solution and 15-18 pts. wt. n-hexanol in first reaction container and then stirring the obtaiend material for 0.6-1 hour. The stirred material is added with 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. 96-98% sulfur acid solution at 66-70 degrees C and then the obtaiend material is stirred for 1.2-1.8 hour. The stirred material is cooled to 25-28 degrees C and then the cooled material is subjected to centrifugal separating after drying to obtain material A. The obtained material A is added with 4-7 pts. wt. acetone, 6-9 pts. wt. vitamin C and 3-5 pts. wt. nitroaniline in the second reaction container and then the obtained material is subhected to perform ultrasonic dispersion for 1-3 hours to obtain material B. The obtained material B is filtered and dried to obtain modified graphene.
