▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid nano medicine carrier material is obtained by connecting adipic acid hydrazide on surface of single layer of graphene oxide, and coupling targeted molecular hyaluronic acid by amino of the adipic hydrazide. The thickness of single layer of graphene oxide is 0.5-2 nm. The average size of graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid nano medicine carrier material is 50-300 nm. USE - Graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid nano medicine carrier material is used for medicine transmission carrier. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid nano medicine carrier material has excellent target property and biological compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide/hyaluronic acid nano medicine carrier material, which involves mixing ethyl(dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide and n-hydroxysuccinimide in aqueous solution of graphene oxide, mass ratio of 0.8-1.2:5:15, adjustuing pH to 5.5-5.8, adding adipic hydrazide, in mass ratio of 1:10-12, washing and drying.
