NOVELTY - Titanium nano organic polymer, phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, dispersants, multifunctional additives, graphene slurry, toughener, pigment carbon black, mica, nano-alumina slurry, anti-settling agent, fumed silica, organic bentonite, silane coupling agent, defoamer, leveling agent and styrene are uniformly mixed to obtain graphene nano-polymer-modified titanium alloy paint. USE - Preparation of graphene nano-polymer-modified titanium alloy paint for heat exchanger. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene nano-polymer-modified titanium alloy paint having high productivity, by simple method without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flake graphite, vinyl acetate resin, silane coupling agent, hyperdispersant, organic bentonite, fumed silica and N-methylpyrrolidone are added to a ball mill in presence of stainless steel balls as grinding media, and secondary dispersant is added under ultrasound condition. Stainless steel balls are removed by filtration, to obtain graphene slurry. Epoxy resin, hydrogenated titanium powder, titanium coupling agent, nanomaterial dispersant, soy lecithin, r-alumina and N-methylpyrrolidone are added to a ball mill, and ground in presence of grinding media. Material is discharged from the tank, and filtered to remove stainless steel balls, to obtain titanium nano organic polymer. The obtained titanium nano organic polymer, phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, dispersants, multifunctional additives, graphene slurry, toughener, pigment carbon black, mica, nano-alumina slurry, anti-settling agent, fumed silica, organic bentonite, silane coupling agent, defoamer, leveling agent and styrene are uniformly mixed to obtain graphene nano-polymer-modified titanium alloy paint.
