NOVELTY - Preparation of hemostatic material involves dissolving gelatin in deionized water at 40-60degrees Celsius to prepare a gelatin solution with concentration of 15-25 wt.%, adding three-dimensional porous double crosslinked polyaniline/graphene composite xerogel to the gelatin solution and magnetically stirring at 300-400 rpm for 20-30 minutes to make the xerogel dispersed to obtain a mixed solution, adding mixture of traditional Chinese medicine components to the mixed solution, pouring into mold, where the thickness of liquid layer is 5-8 mm, leaving still for 45-60 minutes at room temperature and discharging bubbles, putting in low temperature of -40degrees Celsius to -25degrees Celsius for 1-1.5 hours, freeze-drying in vacuum freeze dryer to obtain a mixed dry gel, taking out the mixed dry gel from the mold, covering upper and lower sides with a layer of medical gauze respectively, and tightly adhering. USE - Preparation of hemostatic material used for trauma first aid of artery rupture, visceral injury, large bleeding in natural disaster, traffic accident and emergency. ADVANTAGE - The hemostatic material can stop bleeding in time for various bleeding conditions, and the time for stanching normally is less than 5 minutes.
