▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity radiation cross-linked polyethylene pipe containing graphene comprises 60-100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 2.5-5 pts. wt. fluorine-containing styrene, 0.5-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-10 pts. wt. diluent, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. surfactant, 4-6 pts. wt. plasticizer and 0.3-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as high thermal conductivity radiation cross-linked polyethylene pipe containing grapheme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for preparing pipe, comprising (i) dissolving the graphene powder in the diluent, adding the surfactant, and stirring uniformly, ultrasonically processing for 55-65 minutes to obtain the first mixture; (ii) heating polyethylene, fluorine-containing styrene, coupling agent, plasticizer and antioxidant to 190-210 degrees C to obtain a second mixture; (iii) adding the first mixture and the second mixture into the mixer and mixing, reacting for 30-70 minutes in an environment with a temperature of 210-260 degrees C to obtain a graphene-based polyethylene composite material; (iv) adding polyethylene composite material to the pelletizer, extruding the pelletizer, vacuum sizing, cooling and shaping, and drawing and coiling; and (v) performing radiation cross-linking modification of the heat-conducting pipe. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the preparation method of pipe (Drawing includes non-English language text).
