NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-expanded polyoxymethylene comprises (i) drying single-layer graphene oxide dispersion by atomization drying method to obtain graphene oxide microspheres having carbon-oxygen ratio of 3-6, (ii) mixing 1-50 pts. wt. graphene oxide microspheres with 1-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, (iii) adding 1000 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene into internal mixer and kneading at 100-110 degrees C, and (iv) adding product obtained in step (iii) into mold, foaming at 120-135 degrees C for 3-10 minutes, and heating at 136-200 degrees C for 5-20 minutes. USE - The graphene-expanded polyoxymethylene is useful in graphene-expanded polyoxymethylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy, and the addition of graphene oxide has no influence on the original preparation process, and improves the basic properties of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-expanded polyoxymethylene composite material comprising lapping graphene sheet on porous network and filling in a pore of the foamed polyoxymethylene.
