▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing silicon nanocomposite structure powder comprises refining the micro-sized micro silicon powder into nano-sized nano silicon powder by milling, surface-oxidizing nano-silicon powder to form a non-stoichiometric amorphous silicon oxide (SiOx) layer on the surface of the nano-silicon powder to obtain a nano-silicon powder surface-treated with SiOx, where x=1-2, and mixing nano-silicon powder surface-treated with SiOx with graphite powder and milling to disperse the nano-silicon powder surface-treated with SiOx in a matrix of the graphite powder, forming a graphene layer on the surface of the SiOx layer of the nano-silicon powder surface-treated with the SiOx. USE - The silicon nanocomposite structure powder is useful for anode material. ADVANTAGE - The method has improved discharge capacity, efficiency and cycle characteristics, has excellent reactivity with lithium ions and is effective in alleviating the volume change (expansion) caused by the reaction of silicon and Li ions inside the powder; reduces volume expansion caused by the reaction of silicon and lithium ions; conductive graphite powder is used as a matrix to reduce the transfer resistance of electric charges, and maintains charging and discharging efficiency at least more than 99%.
