▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/polymer nanocomposite (i) blending the graphene material and the polymer microspheres in a dispersion medium to obtain a blending liquid, in which the graphene material and the polymer microspheres are insoluble in the dispersion medium, (ii) dispersing the blending liquid to obtain a dispersion liquid, (iii) removing the dispersion medium in the dispersion and drying to obtain a graphene material/polymer microsphere blending powder, and (iv) molding the graphene material/polymer microsphere blending powder. USE - Preparation of graphene/polymer nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environmentally-friendly for industrial large-scale production, and expanding use of graphene materials in the polymer applications. The nanocomposite realizes the uniform blending of graphene material and polymer microspheres at nano or ( mu m) scale, makes easier for the graphene material to form channels in the polymer matrix, and improves the electrical and thermal conductivity of the polymer matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene/polymer nanocomposite, which comprises polymer microspheres and graphene material forming conductive and thermally conductive channels in a polymer matrix.
