▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing low-platinum composite material based on tungsten oxide/graphene aerogel comprises (a) oxidizing graphene with oxidizing agent, dispersing and pouring into water to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, using solvent replacement method to replace the water in graphene oxide aqueous dispersion with non-aqueous solvent to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (b) mixing tungsten precursor solution and the graphene oxide dispersion thoroughly, using hydrothermal method to obtain graphene composite hydrogel loaded with tungsten oxide nanowires with a hierarchical pore structure and freeze-drying to obtain tungsten oxide/graphene aerogel and (c) dispersing tungsten oxide/graphene aerogel in solvent, adding Nafion (RTM: Copolymer of sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene) solution to disperse ink, coating on surface of electrode and soaking in platinum metal precursor solution after drying and performing electrochemical deposition. USE - The low-platinum composite material based on tungsten trioxide/graphene aerogel is useful in preparing electro-catalysis, electrochemical sensing and water pollutant treatment material and for electrolyzing water for hydrogen production (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: combines the uniformly dispersed tungsten trioxide/graphene aerogel with multi-stage hole structure; forms the electro-catalyst composite substrate with multi-stage hole structure; improves the stability of the catalyst; has simple reaction process, low reaction step, short reaction period, good repeatability, high unit mass activity, high catalytic stability and fast mass transfer characteristic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for low platinum composite material based on tungsten oxide/graphene aerogel.
