NOVELTY - Flexible polyurethane foam composition comprises 10-70 wt.% polyol, 10-70 wt.% isocyanate compound, 1-10 wt.% thermoplastic resin powder having melting point (Tm) value of less than or equal to 180 degrees C, 0.1-5 wt.% grapheme i.e. graphene oxide or reduced grapheme, and 1-5 wt.% foaming agent. USE - Used as a flexible polyurethane foam composition. ADVANTAGE - The flexible polyurethane foam composition: has good cushioning properties and mechanical strength i.e. elongation, tensile strength, and abrasion resistance; and reduces the amount of foaming agent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing flexible polyurethane foam comprising (a) preparing stock solution by mixing 10-70 wt.% isocyanate compound in 10-70 wt.% polyol, (b) preparing foaming stock solution by adding 1-10 wt.% thermoplastic resin powder, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, and 1-5 wt.% foaming agent in the stock solution, and (c) mixing and foaming the stock solution to form a foam.
