NOVELTY - High reflection photovoltaic coating comprises 20-35 pts. wt. resin, 25-35 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 10-15 pts. wt. high reflection microspheres, 15-25 pts. wt. inorganic pigment, 5-8 pts. wt. curing agent, and 1-3 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The high reflection photovoltaic coating is useful in a double-sided power generation system and in a transparent backplate assembly for double-side power generation. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-reflection photovoltaic coating with improved reflecting ability. The glass powder is more dispersed, and does not generate glass powder falling problem, glass powder has good dispersibility, and has good adhesion to the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of high reflection photovoltaic coating comprising (S1) stirring the glass powder and nano-titanium dioxide at a temperature of 20-30degrees Celsius in a water bath and a rotating speed of 2000-300 revolutions/minute to obtain a modified functional filler, uniformly mixing the dispersion stabilizer, emulsifier and water to obtain a suspension polymerization liquid, mixing the obtained filler and the liquid, emulsifying and dispersing into a suspension solution, stirring and reacting in an autoclave to obtain high-reflection microspheres, performing suspension polymerization, filtering, and drying of the filter cake, (S2) fully mixing and stirring resin, high-reflection microspheres, inorganic pigments, curing agent, fluorocarbon resin, and auxiliary agents to form photovoltaic coatings.
