NOVELTY - Nanographene alloy powder comprises 5-20 wt.% nano graphene powder with particle size of 10-30 nm, 50-70 wt.% ultrafine iron oxide with particle size of 2-5 mu m, 1-6 wt.% yttrium oxide with particle size of 5 mu m, 1-5 wt.% cerium oxide powder with particle size of 20-35 mu m, 5-15 wt.% neutral zirconia sol with particle size of 5 mu m, 5-13 wt.% light magnesium oxide with particle size of 5 mu m, 15-25 wt.% cast alloy powder with nickel content of 50%, and 5-15 wt.% alcohol. USE - Nanographene alloy powder. ADVANTAGE - The nanographene alloy powder has improved corrosion resistance and wear resistance, has better toughness, high hardness, high bonding strength, low stress, and has high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nanographene alloy powder by weighing components according to proportion; mixing components; ball milling for 60-120 revolutions per minute for 12 hours; standing mixture at 30 degrees C for 48 hours; cooling at - 196 degrees C for 48 hours to obtain semi-amorphous fission; heating at 200 degrees C for 12 hours; cooling and hot pressing to remove stress; heating powder material; adding 10-15% resin and 5-15% alcohol under cryogenic atmosphere for 13 hours; testing; and storing.
