NOVELTY - A graphene conductive film manufacturing method involves depositing a graphene layer on a surface of a copper foil, and introducing methane gas and hydrogen gas in a vacuum chamber. Thin film base material is coated with resin adhesive and attached with the graphene layer. The resin thin film layer is irradiated and cured by UV radiation. The resin layer is etched with copper chloride solution, and the solution is washed with water to remove copper foil. Nitromethane solution of gold chloride is coated on the surface of the graphene layer. The layer is dried and packaged with film. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a graphene conductive film in an effective manner.
