NOVELTY - The detector has a photosensitive material in which an electrical signal arises under the action of the incident radiation, and two electrodes are designed to measure the magnitude of the arising signal. The electrodes are made in the form of an external, surrounding a circular or elliptical area of the surface of photosensitive material, irradiated by the detected radiation, and internal, located in the center of the specified photosensitive area. The photosensitive material is made of a nanographite film deposited on a substrate and consisting of lamellar graphite crystallites, which are a combination of several parallel graphene layers and having a preferred orientation of graphene layers perpendicular to the substrate.
