NOVELTY - The device has an LED device unit and a temperature sensor part fixed on a chip. The temperature sensor part is connected with a graphene device unit. An upper part of a stacking part is connected with the LED device unit. A lower part of the stacking part is connected with the temperature sensor part. A heat abstractor is fixed on a base plate that is fixed with an electrode. The LED device unit is made of sapphire material or silicon material. A graphene thin film layer is formed with a metal thin film layer. USE - Graphene temperature sensor integrated LED device. ADVANTAGE - The device increases light outlet rate and heat absorbing efficiency.
