▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High strength ceramic comprises 40-54 pts. wt. fused silica powder, 4-8 pts. wt. wood flour, 1.5-5 pts. wt. alumina powder, 3-6 pts. wt. dolomite, 2-8 pts. wt. tourmaline, 5-12 pts. wt. diatomite, 0.5-4 pts. wt. diethyl ether, 7-15 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. glycerol and 10-15 pts. wt. sewage plant sludge. USE - Used as high strength ceramic. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic has less expansion coefficient (claimed), and is economical. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing high strength ceramic, comprising (a) calcining dolomite and tourmaline at 450-620 degrees C for 2-5 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, soaking the obtained product in 0.4 mol/l hydrochloric acid for 20-35 minutes, soaking 0.8 mol/l ammonium chloride solution for 10-18 minutes, and drying to obtain modified dolomite and modified tourmaline, (b) mixing alumina powder, diatomite, sewage sludge, modified dolomite and modified tourmaline in a vibrating ball mill for 1.5-3 hours to obtain first mixed powder, (c) placing the first mixed powder in a sand mill, adding fused silica powder, wood flour, diatomite, ether, glycerol and deionized water, and grinding for 3-8 hours to obtain mixed slurry, (d) molding the mixed slurry under pressure of 38-45 MPa using a hydraulic press, drying the obtained product at 50-55 degrees C for 1-2 hours, drying the dried product at 85-96 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours to obtain a dry body, (e) sintering the dry body at 1150-1280 degrees C for 2-3 hours and 1450-1560 degrees C for 1-2.5 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
