NOVELTY - Graphene lubricant comprises 65-70 pts. wt. base oil, 8-13 pts. wt. leveling agent, 8-15 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 5-12 pts. wt. detergent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene powder, where the graphene powder has layered structure of three to four layers. USE - Used as graphene lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The graphene lubricant utilizes technology that reduces the graphene powder agglomeration degree, thus improving the anti-wear performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a graphene lubricant, characterized comprising mixing the base oil, leveling agent, dispersing agent, detergent, antioxidant, and graphene powder in a mixer, and transferring the stirred material to a high-speed shear emulsifier for shearing for 30 minutes.
